1. Service Overview
Striker Marketing provides both one-time and recurring digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

2. Onboarding Process
Upon signing a contract or processing payment, clients will be scheduled for an onboarding call. During onboarding, clients will receive a detailed questionnaire and checklist to help us initiate the project efficiently. The first deliverable in most projects is the website build unless otherwise specified.
3. Delivery Timelines
• Website Build & Campaign Launch: 30 days from onboarding completion.
• Initial Reporting & Performance Insights: Within 60 days of campaign launch.
Timelines may vary based on client responsiveness and scope of services.
4. Revisions & Approvals
Approvals occur progressively as tasks are completed. Clients will be asked to review and approve assets such as websites, ad creatives, and copywriting throughout the process. Timely feedback is essential to avoid delays.
5. Ongoing Monthly Deliverables
Depending on the service package, monthly deliverables may include:
• Campaign Strategy & Management (Facebook/Google)
• Copywriting & Ad Design
• Pixel & Event Installations
• Landing Page & Funnel Design (Webflow or similar)
• Audience Research & Creation
• CRM & Email Marketing Setup
• Automation Tools (Zapier, Plugins, etc.)
• Performance Analysis & Competitor Reports
• Abandoned Cart Recovery & Retention Tactics
• Integration of Customer Service Tools & Lead Gen Forms
6. Cancellations & Refunds
• Refund Policy: No refunds are offered under any circumstances.
• Cancellation Policy: There is no minimum contract length. Clients may cancel services with 30 days’ written notice.
7. Client Communication
We primarily communicate via:

Our team is available during standard business hours. Response times may vary, but we strive to reply to all inquiries within 24–48 business hours.
8. Client Responsibilities
While Striker Marketing handles all strategy, campaign creation, copywriting, and settings, clients are responsible for providing:
• All content assets (images, videos, product information, etc.)
• Media investment budgets (e.g., for Facebook, Google, or other platforms)
• Payments for third-party services such as:
• Website Hosting
• Email Platforms
• CRM Systems
• Zapier or other automation tools
These costs are not included in any Striker Marketing proposal and are the sole responsibility of the client.
